The Sant'Anna Family, originating from Construtora Sant'Anna, founded in 1952 by engineer Antônio Lopes Sant'Anna, is a story that spans more than seven decades. Over this unique time, the family has expanded and so have the companies... We are privileged to welcome other families on our journey, together building a legacy of success and organization.

At the Group, we value renewal both by hiring interns and new professionals, but we also maintain experience and knowledge as a strategic factor.

Many of our employees, who have been with us for 10, 20, 30, 40 years, have become an integral part of the family and helped us shape our trajectory of success. Some have already retired and are still collaborating, others are enjoying retirement while their children and grandchildren are writing new chapters alongside us.
