FRESAR emerged from a business unit of Construtora Sant'Anna to operate in the pavement segment.
Founded in 1952, Construtora Sant'Anna identified in the early 90s the milling and recycling of pavements as an alternative for the future.
Due to the recognition of the economic and ecological benefits and reliability of Sant'Anna, the business grew rapidly and between 1994 and 1998, it became necessary to create a company specialized in the subject. It was then that Fresar emerged, already as a national reference in pavement rehabilitation.
